Property is very nice and kept clean most of the time, although maintenance requests can take a while. If you’re a resident and pay for parking, don’t come home late because the availability of parking is close to none as I believe residents are allowing their visitors into the garage to occupy parking. Upon moving in, our units air filter was extremely dirty whereas other residents stated theirs had been changed already. Our units dryer also did not work and would take multiple cycles and hours to dry and also tore and destroyed multiple articles of my clothing. All in all a good place to stay, just depends if you receive a good unit or not I suppose. - Update: I’ve contacted management through the front office, email, and portal multiple times and have not received a response on the situation after being told I would “shortly”.
Absolutely fantastic apartment complex! The amenities are top-notch, from the modern gym to the stunning rooftop pool. The spacious and well-designed units, along with the friendly staff, create an exceptional living experience.
yassss omg #slay mama queen i love my apartment 😩😍 she’s so clean and cute and the amenities are so great 🥰😇 plus the views are chefs kiss👩🍳 but who keeps leaving their trash by the pool likeee who raised y’all…anyway yasss torre supremacy ❤️🎀😙 …
The apartment is generally very nice, and is kept clean! But be careful of gift card deals they run around the end of school years, I never got mine even after asking management for them several times, and many others haven’t either. I’m leaving this review in exchange for some pizza, as are other residents, fyi!
Compared to other West Campus apartments, Torre is well constructed, generally pretty quiet, and has nice amenities that are upkept well. The maintenance staff are so friendly and manage requests promptly. I resigned here because the property is managed well and the staff is nice!
So far the experience has been pretty good. They have been a couple of problems with appliances but the staff here were quick to fix any problems we have had. I think overall it has a fun and comfortable move in experience.
If you respect yourself, please live elsewhere.
Amenities are frequently unavailable or empty. People break glass in the pool, and there’s flies laying eggs at the coffee bar. The cups are always gone, so bring your own cup if you must.
Management clearly doesn’t care about its residents, because I receive charges every several months for no reason just to have these fees dismissed. The office people pressured my friend to sign a lease without explaining the terms. They also offered a “gift card”, but he hasn’t received or heard anything back.
The entire place is SO noisy. Residents don’t pick up after their pets, so stepping on dung is a frequent occurrence. This place is always trashed with litter. I’m so sick of smelling urine in the elevators and waking up at 3am to noisy partiers.
Don’t expect maintenance to fix your problems. They take SO long fixing anything and invades apartments without notice. I had a broken washer that still hasn’t been fixed since I moved in. I feel uncomfortable and unsafe in my own home, especially paying $1,500 dollars for a room!
The police officer, Phil, is the only quality aspect about this place. He knows everyone by name, and we are all so touched by his generosity. He frequently makes food and looks out for us.
Please live in a community that’s worthy of your hard-earned money.
Our daughter is in her second year at Torre. Her stay started well but now there are issues with no parking available in the garage and she has black mold on her ceiling. No doubt both issues could be fixed but their leasing office will not return calls to us about the concerns. We are now in the process of working with an attorney.
